Explanation of rounding to hole numbers with decimals

When you are rounding with hole numbers you could inmagine a piramide in between each hole number and everytime you chose a number to round off you drop it onto the piramide.
if the number is 1,64 its on the 1,5 or bigger side and the number will roll to the 2
if the number is 1,39 its on the 1,49 side and will roll to the 1
1,49 will still roll to the 1. 1,499999 will also still roll to the 1
once its 1,5 and higher it will go to the 2
